Join Sarah and Hansen as we join forces again and create a special experience infusing breathwork, emotional healing with restorative yoga and a sound bath.

As we move through moments of intention, reflection, and connection, breath becomes our compass. This retreat is a delicate dance with breath, a quiet reminder that each inhale and exhale is a step on our journey forward—toward ourselves, toward wholeness. Limited spaces only.

Join us in a shared breath as we journey together as individuals within a collective. Allowing these moments of connection to reflect back to us what we need to learn. With each inhale, we awaken, filling ourselves with light and purpose. With every exhale, we release, unburdening our hearts and minds. We expand our awareness, embracing the beauty of connection. We find solace and soothe in serenity and stillness.

In this 90 min class, we will orientate ourselves around the sanskrit word 'sankalpa' which means will, purpose or determination.

'Sankalpa' explores what's behind a thought or feeling while setting our intentions so we may become more conscious of it.

We will move through some classical poses that will help us to sharpen our focus & cultivate a stronger will to overcome.

Towards the end of the class, we will balance that with a short breathwork and meditation session, leaving you feeling energised, revitalised and full of hope for the new year.
