In my 20s and early 30s, I embodied what many considered 'peak fitness.' The six-pack abs told one story, but beneath that carefully crafted exterior lay a different truth: comparison, constant dissatisfaction, and a hollowness that no amount of exercise could fill. Then came the wake-up call—a severe back injury that shattered my identity but ultimately became my greatest teacher.
This forced pause became my pivot point. It led me to question everything: my approach to fitness, my relationship with wellbeing, and most fundamentally, my connection with myself. Through yoga and meditation, I discovered anchors of stability and self-discovery. Movement training then revolutionized my understanding of fitness—revealing it not as a destination, but as a bridge connecting body, mind, and spirit.

We are here to help people achieve a state of extraordinary living by creating life changing, lasting results for their health and wellness. Our role is to teach, educate, inspire and connect, focusing on body, mind and spirit.
We believe physical fitness, mental health and spiritual wellbeing are all intrinsically connected and we need to address each area in order for us to experience one’s full potential in life. We will do this by helping people move better, recalibrate their imbalances, structurally, mentally as well as spiritually, so they may be able to return to the world living a happy and healthy life. We offer yoga, breathwork and meditation classes, to awaken the “yin” energy within, as well as movement training that emphasizes on strength, mobility and various skills to ignite the “yang”.
