“STRENGTH + MOBILITY + SKILL”
MoveFit
MoveFit is a beginner-friendly strength and mobility class designed to build a robust foundation of full-body functional fitness. This dynamic workout combines kettlebell training, gymnastic ring exercises, bodyweight conditioning circuits, mobility drills, and play-oriented movement exploration.
Expect to push press kettlebells overhead, practice controlled ring rows and dips, and master fundamental movement patterns like squatting, hinging, and locomotion.
We'll keep things fun by throwing in movement games and unique Tasks to tap into your body's innate ability to move with fluidity and control.
You'll build full-body strength, enhance mobility, improve body control and coordination, all while discovering the joy of playful, mindful movement practice.

“UNLEASHING MOVEMENT POTENTIAL”
MoveStrong
MoveStrong is an intermediate strength and mobility class that builds upon the foundations laid in our MoveFit program. This dynamic workout utilizes gymnastic rings, kettlebells, and bodyweight training to challenge your strength, flexibility, and movement skills.
A key focus is the dynamic conditioning section, where you'll spend 4-6 weeks mastering a specific set of movement patterns. The goal is to be able to improvise & express these flows of movement in infinite ways.
While this is an intermediate-level class, beginners are welcome! Regression and progression options are provided to meet you where you're at and continue pushing your physical limits.

These members-only exclusive sessions are curated for those who want to go beyond just the workouts & sweats.
Have you felt intimidated to try handstands or crow poses in class? We get it, learning a movement skill is an arduous process, but with the right guidance & the appropriate setting, one can truly unlock their movement potential in a safer & more effective manner. Our coaches break down complex movement skills into precise, safe components, fundamental drills & movement analysis.
These sessions are more akin to a workshop styled-pace, so that participants will get time to immerse themselves at their current level of progress & not feel pressured to move through the workout quickly like a typical class environment would.
If you’ve always wanted to upgrade your movement skills, this session is perfect compliment to the regular movement classes we offer.
