GOING INWARD TO SOURCE

We dedicate a lot of energy towards the external, thinking that by doing so will bring us more peace, happiness and fulfillment. But in fact, the only way to attain those qualities is by diving deeper within one's Self because all that we seek already exist within us.

FINDING EQUANIMITY

When we are able to observe all our inner workings that form our thoughts, behaviors, neuroses, idiosyncrasies, we can begin to develop more love and compassion for one's self. This allows one to become more "in flow" with life and not let external resistance to create a state of constant suffering.
